IBB Solicitors is recognised as a regional heavyweight and west London's leading law firm. IBB has four main practice areas: real estate; private client; commercial services; community legal services. The firm's teams are recognised in both Chambers and the Legal 500.

IBB has grown 20.9% since 2005 with revenues in 2008 of £13.9million. IBB has 30 Partners and 17 senior solicitors. Each year IBB recruits six trainees. Over the last four years 19 of those trainees have remained with the firm.

IBB's strategy is to break into the top 100 law firms in England and Wales by the end of the current five year plan by growing the business organically.

Our real estate group is composed of individual teams specialising in: commercial development; property finance; investment; property management; real estate dispute resolution; construction and residential development. Clients include financial institutions, investors and major commercial and residential developers (both local and national). Head of Practice, David Silva and partner, Susan Mawson are ranked as leaders in Legal 500 and Chambers. Six other real estate lawyers are ranked as leaders in the Legal 500.

Our commercial services group is composed of teams specialising in: corporate & commercial; commercial litigation; employment and charities. Clients include charities, SMEs, UK subsidiaries of large multinationals, PLCs, AIM listed companies, large privately owned companies, private practices, Trade Unions and individuals.Four of our Commercial Services partners are ranked as leaders in Chambers.

Our private client group offers a range of services including: residential property; new homes development; divorce and ancillary relief; wills, trusts, probate; tax and financial planning. Our clients include high net worth individuals, charitable organisations, community bodies and the young and vulnerable.

Our community legal services group includes: general crime; serious crime and fraud; childcare and personal injury. Our clients include the young and vulnerable, publicly funded individuals, community bodies, and charitable organisations.

The childcare team is one of the largest in the country and our specialist criminal defence team is regarded as one of the best in London. We are on the serious fraud and VHCC panels. We have a well established personal injury team that is recognised as specialists in head and spinal injury claims, often pursuing complex and high value cases.
