We are looking for experienced Paralegals or Solicitors to join our strong, expanding and successful, South West London office. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and training.

Duties:

Dealing with an RTA caseload of pre and post litigated claims from inception to trial.

Competencies:

Excellent organisation and communication skills
Be able to work and prioritise in a busy litigation environment
Good PC skills
Team player

Experience:

Previous personal injury experience arising from road traffic accidents
Good knowledge of the CPR
Pre and post litigation experience
Proven ability to achieve results

Education:

LPC, ILEX or significant fee earning history
Law degree or other degree with CPE
