A forward thinking and friendly Personal Injury practice based in Knowsley is looking to recruit Personal Injury Paralegals and Solicitors to join their expanding firm. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 12 months experience running their own caseload of RTA files from start to completion.
You will be covering a caseload of approximately 160-200. You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the PI Protocol, CPR, relevant case law, Rehabilitation Code of Practice and be competent in the conduct of litigated RTA cases.
The practice is seeking candidates with the capability to take on individual responsibility and to also work within a team environment.
The successful candidates will possess commercial awareness, a proactive approach to all aspects of work combined with the ability to work to deadlines and show a flexible approach to work such as hours of working and attending Court.
Also key to this role is being able to achieve financial targets on a monthly and annual basis as well as having excellent communication skills including client awareness and client care.
