We are looking to recruit a Fixed Share Partner, with a background in commercial IT transactions. This is an energetic team which is growing regionally and nationally, capitalising on and delivering Eversheds sector expertise. As part of the wider Company Commercial group, members of the IT team also have the opportunity to undertake broader commercial work. You will lead the Leeds Commercial IT team and work with the office location Head of Company Commercial in managing the wider Leeds Commercial team. The role will involve all aspects of local team leadership, work generation, client work and relationship management, supervision and team development, business development and financial management. You will have the opportunity to leverage off Eversheds' unique selling points so far as the local market is concerned, including specialist sector expertise, international capability and a highly developed project management approach. This will involve opportunities in the local market, but also in respect of wider national and international initiatives within Eversheds. You will have ambition and a desire to drive forward Eversheds' strategic goals in the local market and beyond. You will have a strong IT background, and experience of large IT transactions for customers and suppliers. A proven record of work winning is essential. A good communicator, you will be willing to embrace office/firmwide initiatives. Technical expertise will be required, as will an appreciation of, and dedication to, efficient financial management. Leadership, client service, business development and people development skills are essential for this role.
